How Do You Advertise?
A certain business man who has pent considerable money in advertisng and who never hites on the fake advertising sohemes, said to-day that if a person would drive for five miles out n the oountry in either direction he would find that 80 per cent, of the irms whose advertisements appear on he barns and fences were now out of usiness. He says that in his opinión a firm that throws its money away in his manner cannot last long. This gentleman is one of the largest adverisers in the city, but you never find lis name on fences or anything but a newspaper. This he claims is the only egitimate way to advertise and he says hat years of experience have taught lim this one fact, although it cost hira money to find it out. Board fences, josts and barns may answer for patent nostrums but legitÃmate business firma oever will prosper that way.
