Since its inception, the policy of New York Central has bsen progres?, improvement. expansión, It has grown f rom 17 miles to over 2,0OC miles of shining steel; from one primitive t:ain to nearly sixhundred fast express and local trains. It is protected by the most perfect sjstem of block signáis in the world, and its trains arrive at and depart from Grand Central Station, the very center of New York City. Instead of the stage coach, you now step into one of the famous' limited trains of the New York Central,- which has been designated by the press of two continents, "America's Greatest Railroad"- and whiiled along its imperial highway at a mile a minute. Everywhere the surroundings bespeak luxury and refinement. There is an airofharmony and comfort pevadin the atmosphere that the tra veler apprcTciates.
