Fire At A Military Post

San Francisco, Cal., June 25.- The seeond incendiary fire within a week on the Presidio military reaervation occurred at 2:30 o'cloek this morning. This time the Post exchange was selected by the firebugs. The entire building was destroyed and Frank Roth, employed by Sutler, who leases the exchange, may die from burns rtceived before being taken from the building. Evidently an effort was made to have the fire communicate with the ofïlcers' dwelHngs, wbich adjoln the building fired. Roth is ín the military hospital in a critical condition.
