At a recent "students' evenlng" at the Cor.iefio Tarisienne, Farlv, the pupils of the Eeole des f.ieaux Ar;s fiockeri in f uil f orco to the dainty llttl theater where Loie Fuller now dance?, leavinK hnrdly a spare stall in the hojse foi the occupation of the ordinary play goer. Their enthusiastic admiration of the serpentine dance showed itself In many wondèrful ways, wim etiorusbs tollowed bv a chahut or a kind of Ren [ndian war danae, wilh hats and stick!' for scalps and tomahawks, and thrburden of the ;ast students' song as h war whoop, being one of the most starfting as weil as the most amusing. "Serpentines" were in great requtst, but the most tasteful demonstration on th part of the students was their epontaneous ovaiion to Loie Fuller when she appeared, and was greeted with e shower of bouquets and violets, whlcl feil so thick and fast that the stag; was carpeted with them in an instant A delegation of .the students presenteel Loie Fuller with a handsorae and unique gift - an album, to which eacl student had contributed a sketch Ir pen and ink, pencil, or water colors and some with a literary turn of mind also ver ses in her honor.-
