Now tbat the llngerlng smell of the resurrected moth-baĆ¼ Is abroad in the land again, you will appreclate thi3 little tale of mlsfortune. A girl I know and another glrl whom I have met gave a luncheon not long ago. They are really marvel when it comes to cooklng, and they prepared every dlsh themselves. Among other things they bad wlne jelly, and, as everybody knows, wlne jelly Ib best when stralned through flannel. They strained #thelrs through flannel - a plece of flannel they found In a chest of winter clothlng. The luncheon began auspiclously and proceeded triumphantly tlll the jelly came on. One glrl tasted it. Then she looked at the other girl and a look of horror crossed thelr faces. The Jelly tasted of moth-balls. I don't believe those girls will make jelly agaln if they live forever.
