Oratory 's slraply elocution, and elocution has rulned many a man who might have made an honest living. As soon as a nan learns to recite pieces at amateur ?ntertainments it is about as good as lettled that he wlll beeome a reformer r a walking delégate or something else ivorthless. Elocution leads to public peaking and as a. rule public speaklng 'eads to anarchy, loaflng und ruin.
