Mr. Irwin of Northimpton raisert a point of order that the house having ordered the emblem of the codfish to be placed over the speaksr's chair the order of Mr. Roe of Woreester to provide for its being placed in the rear of the hall was om 3Í order. The speaker ruled that thn oint was not well taken, inasmuch as he hall had a just right to order :hanges in such matters as frequently vs it saw fit. Mr. Roe said that it ip intended to place a painting in the panel over the speaker's chair and thar '.he codfish, if hung as originally inlended, would be incongruous and oul )f place. The order was almost unani naously adopted, and the fish will now 'ie hung in the rear of the hall - unless '.he house changes its mind again.-
