Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw in Chancery, at the city of Ann Arbor, on the 28th day of June, A. I). 1895. Tt satisfactorily appearing to this court by affidavit on iilu that the defendant Warren Knapp is not a resinent of this state, but resides in tl e State of Wiseonsin, on motion of M. J. Cavanaugh, complainant's solicitor, it is ordtred that the said defendant. Warren Knapp, cause his appeararoe to be entered herein within four months from the date of this order, and in case of his appearanoe that he cause ausvver to the cotni ainant's ill of complaintto be Bied and a eopy thereof tobe sorved on said complainanfs solieitor within twenty days after service 'on him of a copy of said bill and notice of this order; and that in default thereof said bill to be taken as confessed by the said non-resident defendant.
