Office of the Board of Public Work-. I Anti Arbor,. July 17th. '95. j Regular sesaion. Called to order by President Clark. Present, 1'ros. Clark, Mr. Schub, absent. Mr. Bullis. ByPres. Clark. Resolved, that the board proceed to test the stone crusher as Boon as the representativo of F. C. AuBtin ManufacturlngCo. notifies the board that he is ready for sueh test. Yeas - Pres. Clark, Schuh -. Nays- None. Mr. Schuh moved that the Street Commiseioner be directed to allow 83.50 per day for teams. Yeas- Mr. Schuh. Nays- Pres. Clark. The Clerk laid the namcs of the following applicants for the positionof engineer for the i;oad roller before the Board. 'larem-e Katon, C. Haywood, George Kingsley, Arthur Svveet, George Eaton and Theodorc Svveet. Upon motipn the Fo ird proceeded to a ballot which resulted as folio wa: Theodore Swect - 2. Upon motion the Board proceede to a ballot for sewer inspector for manholes and brick work which resulted as follows: A. A. Terry- 2. July ITth, 1895. Gentlemen: - We desire to notify your honorable body that we are ready to make a test of the crusher now in your city as per guaranty in contract enterod into with your corporation at an earlier date. By Mr. Bullis. ifrsoZraZ, that Inspector War J proeeed to test the stone eriisher by crushing stonc with the same for ten consecutivo hours except onc hour out at noori and, with the assistance of the street commissioner, get all necessary men and means to conduct tbe test in a proper ma-nner. The test to be made if the weatber is doemed suitable for a eontinuous 10 hour test to be made on Tuesday July 23rd, as soon thereafter as it is practicable. Y cas- Pres. Clark, Bullis- 2. Mr. Bullis moved that the President of the Board of Public Works be authorized to sell curbbing screws owned by the city if he has an opportunity. Yeas- Pres. Clark, Bullis- 2. Nays- None. 1 Yes. Clark moved that the Board reconsider the motion lost at the last regular meeting for the raise of tcamster's wages. Yeas- Pres. Clark, Bullis- 2. Nays - None.
