Union Veterans' Union
The tenth national encampment of the L'nion Veteran's union and the Woman's Veterans Relief union was held at Lima. 0. Comtnander-in-Chief Oaks' annual address showed that 33 nevv unions had been added during the year, Kentucky and South Carolina in the list. Over 1,100 recruits were received, whils the loss by death or expulsión amounted to 700. Officers electcd were (en. I,. F. Ellis, of Lima, commander-in-chief; (ien. Sheet, of Washington, D. Lori.nda Smith, Lima, senior vice; Mrs. Kernard, of Maine, junior vice: Mrs. Lillie Thomas, of Washington, Pa., conduotress; Mrs. Mary J. Wright líowe, Michigan, chaplain.
