The new school board mot Tuesday night and effected an organization. A new deal was made in tho officcrs and in tho committees. It was generally SilPposed since it had been decided 'o chango the prcsidency each year &at Dr. W. B. Smith was to be elected this time. But some of the members ould not see it that way and Evart H.
