The new school board mot Tuesday night and effected an organization. A new deal was made in tho officcrs and in tho committees. It was generally SilPposed since it had been decided 'o chango the prcsidency each year &at Dr. W. B. Smith was to be elected this time. But some of the members ould not see it that way and Evart H. Scott carried off the honors. Ducing Tuesdav afternoon a slato was made up an came very near being adopted whieh would have made Mrs. 1'. Bach tl)e president of the Board. For sec'tai-y John II.
