Dr. Wilbert B. HlDftdale, who ha been choseu as the professor of the Theory and Practice of Medicine in the homeopathie department of tlie t'niversity, and as deán of the departinéat, was liorn in Wadsworth, Medina connty, Ohio, in 1851. He is a brother of Dr. B. A .Ilinsdale, of the department of Literatuie, Science and the Arts. He graduated at Hiram College, Ohio, in 18ïr, and pent s veral years in teacblnf in the coininon schools and hijrli schools of ohio. Later he etndled medicine. lie was reglstered in the office of Drs. Boynton & Schnelder, Cleyeland, at the time two of the best known Homeopathie physicians in the state. For the last vo or tnree years he has fillcd the chairs of materia medica and practice.
