Ten Hours

A French geographical society prof,oses to divide the face of the clock into ten hours of ten minutes and a nundred seconds each. This is to make lime uniform with the decimal system )r count by tens. The count by twelves tvhich now shows on the face of the ;lock survives from the earliest times - probably from long before the invenjon of letters.
