The cheapest railvvay traveling in Europe is from Buda-Pesth to Cronstadt Hungary, a distanc of 457 miles, for which the fare, third class, is 6s 8d, or at the rate of six miles a penny. Cheap as this is, it is further liatle to a reduction of one-half in the case of agricultural laborers journeying i.i parties of ten, or workmen of other k-Jnds in groups of thirty.
