Whereas, default has been made in the payment of the mouey secured by a niortgage dated 12th day of May in the year 1885 executed by Warren Babcock, Mary A. Babeock, Frank Babcock and Effie Babcock, bis wife, of Milan, Washtenaw County. Michigan, to Margaret Kearney, of the City of Arm Arbor, Washtenaw County and State of Michigan which said mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Washtenaw in Liber 64 of mortgages on page 479 on the 13th day of May A. D. 1895 at 11:00 o'clocka. m, of said day.
