Long Pension Suit Ended

Washington, Oct. 26.- ThO LongLochren pension case has been dismissed by the United States supreme court on the ground of abatement by reason of the retirement of Judge Lochren trom the office of commissioner of pensions. The case was brought by Judge Ing of the Michigan bupreme court to test veterans' rights. Judge Long drew a pension of $72 a month and the reduction of the rating to $50 a month was stubbornly contested in the courts of the District of Columbia and finally carried to the suprema court.
