Opening For Gladstone

London, Oct. 23.- William Pritohard Morgan, liberal member of the house of commons for Merthyr Tydvil, has summoned a meeting of his constituents for the purpose of discussing the question of his resigning his seat in iarliament in favor of Mr. Gladstone.
