State Entry Into Rome

Rome, Oct. 23.- Prineess Helene of Montenegro made her state entry into Rome to-day. The princess and her relatives arrived here at o'clock and were welcomed by King Humbert, Queen Margaret, the crown prince, her botrothed husband; the I ministers, members of the diplomatic corps, etc. The streets from the railroad station to the palace wére thronged witli crowds of people, lined with troops and gayly flecorated.
