Immense Mortgage Forclosed

Butte, Mout., Oct. 23. - Judge Knowles in the United States court sgined a decree of foreclosure of the first mortgage of $1.079,091 on the property of the Boston & Butte Mining Company, but refused to'sign a seeond decree asked for the reorganization committee providing for a sale of the whole property in a lump and shutting off the right of redemption within six months after sale.
