San Francisco, Cal., Oct. 21. - Two Japauese gents, Count Anenokoshi and K. Harimoutsi, arrived fram the oriënt on the steamer Peru. Count Anenokoehi is a menïber of the Japan - ese nobility. He was educated in Germany and has traveled over the greater part of Europe. He was for some time attached to the Japanese legation in Germany and Italy and has recently been appointed to the poaition of secretary of the Japanese legution at Washington, which he is now on his way east to fill. The other gentleman is on hls way to Holland to flll the position of attaché to the legation iu that country.
