At ihe last meeting of the Clenadta Debatintf Society thofollowing otticers wero elected : President, Lilli&D Ilillman; Vioe-Preêldent, Lucia Lyous; Secrotary, Cora Hess ; Treasurer, Louise Pardon; Marshall, Donna McLachlan; Picket, Maud Burk; Editor of Chat , Florence Boivcu. Tlio Clenadis has now over twentyfoui' membei'S and is in a very ous condition. The girls have started pftper in thoir society whieh will be devoted to general items of interest. Each dobating society haá a weekly paper, the Arona, the Rocket: the Lyceum, the Budgett; the Clcnadis, the Chat.' Lyceum No. 1 will render the following spreial program Friday evening at this Hall.
