San Francisoo, Cal., Nov. 10.- B. T. Case, an attornej-, was arrested late Satiwday night for apparent drunkenness an dlocked up In the California stret station. As his stupor increaeed, ■ÜioWever, the oílcers ordered his removal to the recelvlng hospital. He died of cerebral apoplexy eoon aíterwarf. Case was formerly judge in the é&stern states.
