STATE OF MICHIGAN COÜNTY OT WASHTENAW f SS' At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, oa Tuesday the tenthclay of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six. Present, J. Willard Babbitt. Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of William Geer, deceased. Benjamin D. Geer executor of the last will and testament of aaid deceased, comes into court and representa thatho is now prepared to render his final account as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the se venth day of December next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and such account, and that the devisee?, leñatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons inteicsted in said estáte, are required to appear at a session'of said Court, then tobe holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be. why the said account should not be allowed: And it is further Ordered, that said executor give notice to the persons interestod in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the thereof, by eausing a copy of this order to bc published in The Ann Arüor Kecister, anewspaper prlnted and eironlatioa in said County tnreo successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
