Danville, 111., Nov. 9. - Mayor Runyon has offered a reward of $500 for the apprehenslon of "Jack the Car Burner," the incendiary who has been trying to burn cars in the Wabash yards. Another attempt was made last night on the official car of the Big Four road. Oil-soaked waste was takt, from the boxes, piled on trucks, andMgnited. It burned fiercely and damaged the car to the amount of eeveral hundred dollars before it was extinguished. Supt. Bailey, Trainmastier Quinn, and Secretary Zelgler were In the car at the time.
