Cyanide Process Patents Are Void

New York Nov. 7.- C. W. Truslcrf, an attorney of this city, has receiv.d a cablegrani announcing that the hih court at Pretoria, the capital of the Transvaal Republic, has declared void the Macarthur-Forest patents for the cyanlde procesa for the recovery of gold This decisión was given in a suit brought by the combined gold mine owners of Johannesburg and the Transvaal. The announcement is said to be of great interest to gold miners.
