The weather in London 8nows no gign of change. At night the thermometer is many degress above the average. In the afternoon the thermometer rises to 86 degrees, whüe for several hours it remains above 80 degrees. There is scarcely a breath ot air, and during the night the temperature does not fall below 60 degreea. Eleven hours of bnght sunshine were registered one day at Westminster. The sun was strong at 4: 30 in tïe mornIng, not a cloud being in the sky. The meteorological office reports that the thermometer ro3e to 80 degrees one day, and upwards in many parts of England, and to 86 degrees in London and Cambridge. At Haparanda, Hernosand and Paris it aleo reached 86 degrees, at Nlce 91 degrees and at Lisbon 96 degrees. The depression over Scotland 8eems Hkely to move away to the northward.
