Managua, Nicaragua, Nov. 24.- Paper money is now the chief currency in Nicaragua. About one-half is issued by the government and onff-half by the London Bank oL Central America, limited. Silver sales are at a premium of 3 per cent to 4 per cent at several towns and gold is 135 per cent premium.
