To Save A Murderer's Life

Akron, O., Ost. 5.- In the circuit court the application for a new trial for Romulus Cottell, sentenced to hang Nov. C for the Stone family murder last Maren, was overruled. The case will be taken to the Supreme court. An effort to have the death sentenc'e commuted will be made.
