Welcome Mrs. Davis

St. Louis, Mo., Nov. 19.- iMrs. Jefferson Davis and her daughter, Miss Winnie, accompanied by Judge Leroy B. Valliant and R. R. Hutchinson of this city, arrived here from New York last night to attend the annual reception and ball to be given here Thursday evening. They were met at the union station by a large number of ex-confederates and friends and escorted to the Planters' hotel, where elabórate preparations had been made for their entertainment.
