New York, Nov. 19.- "Faith and Humanity" is the motto of the National Oouncil of Jewish Women. The legend was adopted at to-day's session of the touncil. The business having been disposed of, the delegates entered upon a discussion of the report of the committee on new constitution. The word "National" -was eliminated from the titla of the organization.
