JTATE OF MICHIGAN, 1 CoüNTTOr Washtenaw. f At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Wathtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday the 18th day of November in the year ono thousand eight hundred aöd ninety-six. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judgeof Probate. In the matter of theestate of Daniel N. Smith, deceased. On and the petition, duly verUfied of Daniel E. Smith, praying that a certain instrument nowr on file in this Court, puporting to be the last will and testament of sald' deceased, tnay be admitted and that ad ministri v tion of said estáte may be granted to himself and Newland Carpenter, the exacutors in said will named or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is Ordered, that Monday,the 14th day of December next.at 10 'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing; of said petition and that the devisees, legatees. and heirs-at-law of said deceased. and all othcr persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Offlce, in the City of Ann Arbor. in said County, and show cau&e, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitionrar should not be sranted. And it is furi her ordered thatsaid petitioner.give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in The Ann Arbor Register, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County three successive weeka previous to said day of hearing. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Williani Geer, deceased. Benjamin D. Geer executor of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court and representa thathe is novv prepared to render his final aecouot as such executor.
