Mrs. E. F. Stetson has erected at Readville, Mass., as a memorial of Phillips Brooks, a beautiful building to be used as a library and readingroom by the people to whom, in the Blue HU! chapel, close by, the bishop preached hls last sermón. The building is one story in height and forty feet square. Over the open flreplace in the main room is a portrait of Bishop Brooks. Busts of Franklin, Lincoln, Washington, Shakespeare, Dante, and Milton adorn the shelves, numerous water colors are hung here and there, flnd handsome rugs cover the floors.
