Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 7. - Three inches of rain in four days, together with the rapid mclting of six inches to a foot of snow, which last week coverecl the valieys tributary to Puget sound, is eausing another flood. The Puyallup, Green, Wliite. Black and Stuek rivers, north of Tacoma, sre liigher than they were in November. Traiïic on the Seattle branch of Jhe Northern Pacific is suspended, the White river bridge having been swepi away. Water ifi a foot deep in the streets of Auburn. and a largo part of White, and Puyallup valley farm landa are similarly covered. The Green river is hig'her than ever before. i
