Washington. T)ec. 10.- Joseph R. Dunlop'a case wlll be heard in tbe supreme court neU week on an appea! from Judge Grosscup. It is set for hearing Monday, but may not come up imtil later. On the gerrral proposition of sending obscene literature through the mails the supreme court has twice i witíiin the last year afflrmed the ' diets of lower courts.
