Murder In Second Degree

Dayton, Ohio, Dec. 10.- Harvey Miller was found guilty oí rnurder in the second degree this morning at 12:45. Tha jury was out eight hours. Miller shot Samuel Niswonger May 15 as he was driving away after trying to gain admittance to the house of Birdie McDonald. The girl was the principal witness. She flrst took the blame herself.
