West Superior, Wis., Dec. 12.- The National Bank of Commerce of Du luth failed to open for business this morning. A notice posted on the doors stated that owingr to the inability to make any money in the business the directors had decided to suspend. Th notice also stated that the bank expected to pay depositors at an early date.
