It ie to be a fur season - than whioh nothing is prettier or more becoming. Narro w hands will be used not only for street costumes, but for evening i gowns and tea gowns as wel!. Black satin and velvet ribbons in j various widths are used lavishly for dress trinimings, and are particularly pretty to finish the bolero jacket or vest, either sewed on plain or plaite.l In a frlll. The fur vest will be inucli worn thls winter, whetlier iu Persian Iamb, ! chilla, sable or economical astrakhan. A sensible fashion, which gives just ' the needed warmth to the useful coat and kirt gown.
