O'Brien, the bank's atfcorney, wilt tomorrow set about getting th? siguatures neoessary to make reorganiza tion possible. It is expected matter? wJH be put in such shape by the r.'Mle of January that the receivers in:; y be discliarged and tüe offlcers of the bank resume businass.
