LiKtle Rock, Ark., Dec. 26.- A special to the Democrat from McNeill, Ark., says that the correspondent ha returned from the lower part of the state, where about tweiïty negroes were recently shot in a raid made on a sawmill by white men. The race troubles at the milis have not subsided and further outbreaks are expected at almost any time. The milis are running full time and the owners are en deavoring to keep down the troubles between the whitea and blacks, but the' situation is such that the war may break out afresh at any time.
