Indianapolis, Ind., Jan. 2.- The '&. rangements for t'ue meeting of the monetary convection in this city Jan 12 are practlcally complete, with the exception of some finishing touchee on he hall in which the convention wil! e held. In the past few days there has een a dropping off of some of the delegates and it is thought that the attendance will not exceed 500, but all the arge cities will be represented.
