Don Carlos Will Not Resign

London, Dec. 31.- A special dispatch from Madrid says that Don Carlos, the Spanish pretender, again denies that he will resign the leadership of the Carlist party in favor of his son Don Jaime, who, the father adds, Is in perfect accord -with him on the question.
