Taylor officiatlng and Bishop George F. Seymour pronouncing the blessing and benediction. There were peopl ■ present frtom all over the state and a large number of politicians who desirod to be %iea at the uew governor's wedding: The weddlüg breakfaat which follxAved the very brllllant church ceremonial was glven at the residence ol the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. TurBey English, in South Sixth street. About 100 guests were present, all intímate friends of the bride and groom. At 3:30 o'clock the governor-elect and his bride left in the directora' car of tl Illinois Central Railroad, which wa3 attached to tihe Alton limited train south-bound. Their exact destination Is not known, but will lnclude several southern cities. They will return in time for the inauguration, January H.
