liondon, Jan. 12. - In the central criminal "court today the recorder, in charging the grand jury, directed atention to the case of Edward J. Ivory, alias Bell, the saloon keeper of New York, who is charged with conspiricp to cause a dynamite explosión, and said it was the duty of tbe jurymen to flnd a true bill against the prisoner.
