By a vote of 8 to 4 the commlttee desided to report favoraWy the bill to the ouse. Those voting for it were: Republicana - Hendorson of Iowa, Ray of New York, Broderick of Kansas, Updegraff of Iowa, Giilett of Massachusetts, Connolly of Illinois, Burton of Missouri.
