Negotiations which were completed last Saturday night had been carried on so quietly that few perrons suspected that any chango was going to be mado. The block has heretoforo been owned by the Vlute estáte, of Jltipa, Iíew Yorlt, and U a very valuable place of property. Ihe opera house itself has, howe.ver, beon very dlsappolnting to the peoplo of Ann Arbor for many much needed repairs have not been made, and the whole management ha3 been a subject of much criticism.
