Robbers completely looted tho bauk, leaving Dut 810, which waa found under tb,e counter. The Peoplo's Savings bank at Mt. Pleasanl failed and J. F, Byan, proprlotor of the Farmers' bank, telepbooed the cashier, asking him if he anticipatcd any danger of a run on the baak ft3 a result of the failure at Mt Pleasaut, and requested the cashier of the Faamers' bank to bring him the deposit ledger at an early hour in tho mornlng. Mr. Struble said he tbónght no troqble would fóllow, and rólünteered to brlng the booUs wanted beforc banking: hours in the mornlng. At 4 o'clock in the morning he went to the bank to g-et the books. The parties who firod the fatal shots were eitber in the building at the time when he entered or followed.
