The European Grain Situation

London, Aug. 24. - The Mark Lana Express in its weekly review of the grain sltuation, says: "The wheat liarvest is about half over and the reports continue to be falrly favorable, in spite of the inteiruptions of many heavy showers and the general delay In carrying the wheat already cut. The foreign harvests are unfavorably reported. The latest advices from France, Auatria-Hungary, Russla and Roumania, are all more or less unfavrorable." . ... _
