The marriage of George J. Klager of Scio, to Misa Julia O. Blaess, of Saline, occurred at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. George Walker, in Saline, last Thursday, Eev. Luderer officiating. The parlors were tastefully decorated with evergreens. The bridal party formed in the upper hall and led by Rev. Luderer proceeded to the parlors at two o'clock where the bride and groom took their places under an arch of evergreens. Tha bride's maids were the Misses Pauline Klager, Julia Bauer and Sophie Klager the groomsmen were, Oscar Blaess, Heman Rlaess and Herman Bauer. The bride was attired in white brocaded silk; the brides maids in white muslin.' Kefreshments were served immediately after the ceremony two hundred persons being seated at the table. The members of the Bridgewater band contributed music during the af ternoon. Ihe presents were many and beatiful. The guests f rom Ann Arbor were: Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Muehlig, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene J. Helber, Mr. and Mm. Heune, Mr. Stanger, Albert Fiegel and Miss Hannah Stein, Mr. and Mrs. Chas Klager, Mr. Julius Burkhardt, Mr. Fred Rentschler, Misses Rickie and Lena Rentschler. The bride is greatly beloved by a large circle of friends. The groom is a young man of good habits and sterling qualities and is held in highest esteem by all who know him. Mr. and Mrs. Klager will board during the coming winter and will make tueir home in Ann Arbor.
