The October term of circuit oourt began Monday. Several aeeused persons pleaded guilty and wcre sentence-J as follows: Walter Weinberg, August Hinkleman and Anthony Woodri, for breaking into a Michigan Central car: Weinberg, 18 tnonths in Jackson and the other two 18 months each in loaia. For selhng liquor illegally: O-wald Dietz, $5; M. Schaible, $5; PauJ i'esetner, $5.00; J. G. Schmid, 15; Abram Polheraus, $7.33; John Berger, and George Kelly for passing whiskey through the bars to prisoners at the oounty jai] , six in jail; Lou Whitinan and Frank Biegal for stealing a load of wheat from Mrs. Dunlavy, near Dexter, were given 11 and 16 raonths respectively at lonia; Charles Johnson for Ed.
