A heavy explosión of gas occurred in No. 2 slope of the Parrish Coal Co., at Plymouth, Pa., by which three men lost their lives. The boiler in a grist mili at Jloseow, Ia., exploded, killing Engineer W. R. Specrs, a íireman nanaed Marolf. Four others were injured. The boiler weigbed 2,500 pounds, and was blovvn over 400 feet. The sum of 05,000 was paid for the Toronto, O., pottery by tho American China Co. The new company is eapitalized at SI 50, 000. The doors have been reopened and Vhere will be immediate resumption.
